Q1: What is Hillstone Finance all about?
Hillstone Finance is an asset-backed crypto project aimed at lowering the entry barriers to financial investment. Hillstone Finance is launched by Hillstone Partners, the first cross-border M&A company in Korea. In our platform, users can not only invest in venture funds that were not accessible to individuals, but also liquidate their investment instantly.
We select and upload products that have gone through rigorous selection process by fund managers working in top institutions. After a product is listed on our platform, users can start investing in the product. At the initial raising round, users will invest in products with USDT. When the fund is fully raised, USDT will be converted to HSF and be parked in the product. Users can choose to stay and earn the product interest, or they can retrieve HSF from the product for sale. The retrieval of HSF from initial investors will create an empty space which users can re-invest only with HSF.
Q2: Could you tell us a little bit about yourself and your team? What are your past experiences?
Hello, let me introduce myself and the core members of Hillstone Finance.
My name is Derek Park. I graduated from Peking University, Department of Business Administration. I am responsible for linking oversea resources and facilitating oversea expansion in Hillstone Finance. I have many years of experience in consulting and incubating start-ups. Since 2018, I have been providing support for both oversea and Korean companies: I help foreign companies to successfully land on Korean market, and provide global opportunities for Korean firms.
Our CEO, Rayol Hwang, has the record of launching 17 companies in 20 years. His field of interest includes IT, cosmetics, game, fashion, music, finance, and more. He is currently the CEO of Hillstone Partners, a private equity firm with 26 years of tradition. He started Hillstone Finance because he believes that blockchain is the key to overcome limitations in the current financial industry.
Lastly, our CTO Jasper is a famous blockchain expert in Korea. He gained his fame since he found out a critical security loophole in one of the biggest Korean companies. He is also a blockchain auditor in HAECHI LABS, one of the best audit institutions in Korea.
Besides, there are 17 members in our team, and we are planning to expand it in the future.
Q3: Let’s dive into your tokens $HSF. Can you share with us your tokenomics? And what are some of $HSF use cases?
HSF token has the following characteristics:
-A hard cap set to 100 million HSF.
-5% of the total token supply used for research and development under the control of multi-signature wallets.
-After users stake USDT in a POOL, Hillstone takes 5% from the POOL as commission fee, and creates a ROOM that is worth 5% of the POOL for HSF holders to stake in. The extra 5% supply released to the market will be collected as users stake in this ROOM.

-Operation: 5,000,000 5%
-Committee (Governance): 3,000,000 3%

The primary usage of HSF is to invest in funds. We protect users from investment loss by providing safety measures, and we also allow every individuals to invest in private equities that were not accessible to users before.
Q4: Does $HSF get audited?
The Token contract was audited by CertiK, but we could not audit our platform contract because trusted institutions could not offer audit until October. Therefore, our CTO Jasper have audited the contract with more than 200 test cases. We are going to conduct audit from CertiK, HAECHI, SOOHO, Dedaub in Nov. The test cases are shared in the GitHub repository. In addition, we have opened our platform contract to public, so everyone can take a look. Q6: What can we expect in the next 3 months and in 2021 as a whole?
For the next three month, the most important plan is to list our HSF token on the major exchanges. Moreover, we are going to introduce high-quality funds on our platform to let users have chance to invest in those funds.
