Rayol attended an AMA session in a telegram group called Heaven of Crypto, and introduced Hillstone Finance to the audience.

Let’s look at what kind of questions were asked during the AMA session.

Q1. Can you briefly describe what is “HIillstone”. We would like to know More about it & how it works? Could you provide us some details?

Hillstone Finance is an asset-backed crypto project aimed at lowering the entry barriers to financial investment. Hillstone Finance is launched by Hillstone Partners, the first cross-border M&A company in Korea. In our platform, users can not only invest in venture funds that were not accessible to individuals, but also liquidate their investment instantly.

We select and upload products that have gone through rigorous selection process by fund managers working in top institutions. After a product is listed on our platform, users can start investing in the product. At the initial raising round, users will invest in products with USDT. When the fund is fully raised, USDT will be converted to HSF and be parked in the product. Users can choose to stay and earn the product interest, or they can retrieve HSF from the product for sale. The retrieval of HSF from initial investors will create an empty space which users can re-invest only with HSF.

Q2. What critical problem does “Hillstone” solve that existing Solutions are not solving and what’s the competitive advantage?

Hillstone Finance solves the following problems existing in venture investment: high minimum investment, geographic and legislative constraints, high intermediary cost, and misinformation.

What makes Hillstone Finance standout:

  1. HSF is an asset-backed cryptocurrency, which means it is more stable in terms of value. HSF is the token used to invest in fund products listed on Hillstone Finance platform — Investors. Therefore, the value of HSF is directly linked to the value of assets. If a product’s value increases, the demand for our token will also increase. Moreover, unlike the investment process in traditional finance, users’ money are not locked in a product. Users can give up their shares by taking HSF back anytime. This will significantly reduce the risk of losing their investment asset due to the plunge in product value.
  2. Hillstone has following advantages in sourcing products: expertise in investment product prospection and risk management, objective review, and global network. Hillstone team consists of experts with more than 15 years of experience in the world’s best financial institutions. Q3 :Can you guys share the tokenomics of Hillstone and some of the special features?

HSF token has the following characteristics:

-A hard cap set to 100 million HSF.

-5% of the total token supply used for research and development under the control of multi-signature wallets.

-After users stake USDT in a POOL, Hillstone takes 5% from the POOL as commission fee, and creates a ROOM that is worth 5% of the POOL for HSF holders to stake in. The extra 5% supply released to the market will be collected as users stake in this ROOM.

Q5 : What is your knowledge in the field and what makes you can ideal team make this project a success?

I have been doing business for more than 20 years, and I have started 18 different kinds of business in IT, cosmetics, game, fashion, music, and finance. I am also the CEO of Hillstone Partners, a private equity company with more than 20 years of tradition. After all those 18 businesses, I realized that blockchain might work to overcome limitations in traditional finance. That is why I have started Hillstone Finance.

We have a very good team including our CTO Jasper and CSO Park. Jasper is a well-known developer in Korea for finding out a security flaw in one of the biggest Korean blockchain network. Park is our foreign relation director who manages strategic partnerships with institutions located in China.

There are 17 members right now for our team, and we are planning to expand it in the near future.

Q6. As you know, many people evaluate the project by token price, what should you tell the investor? What is plan to increase token demand?

Our project is still at the early stage. The circulating supply for our token is low and the market cap is low as well. So I would say the price is subject to change when we list our token on the top exchanges. We do not plan to increase the token price artificially. We believe that the demand and price for our token will eventually increase if we introduce good financial products to the platform.

Q7. Most solid projects with token utility and good infrastructure but perform poorly because investors dumped after listing on the first exchange. How do you prevent early investors from dumping your tokens?

The value of HSF lies on the value of financial product. So as long as our product generates profit, users will keep using our token to invest in lucrative funds we introduce to our platform.

Q8. Could you tell me a little bit about Your roadmap going forward, how do you plan onboarding users and gaining more adoption for Your project?

We are planning to cooperate with global institutions to build our community and eventually to get listed on top exchanges. On the way, we will organize various events to get users used to our platform and our project.
