MOU between Hillstone Finance and Solve Care

Solve Care and hillstone finance have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The Solve Care platform aims to tokenize all types of healthcare services, targeting the creation of a unique ecosystem where B2B (Business to Business) customers such as healthcare service providers, developers, government-led programs, and patients can converge and transact in one place. The Solve token (SOLVE) is used to participate in or as a means of transaction within the Solve Care platform.
Pradeep Goel, the CEO who founded Solve Care, has experience working as a CIO in an American health insurance company, participating in the design of Obamacare, and actively working for a long time to reform healthcare in the United States.
Hillstone finance and Solve Care have conducted the MOU for the purpose of healthcare projects, and both companies plan to leverage their strengths to secure market share in the growing blockchain economy in Korea, especially in the healthcare sector. Hillstone Partners brings deep understanding and expertise in the Korean blockchain market, while Solve.Care brings strengths in utilizing blockchain for distributed healthcare solutions.
The agreement took place in the Incheon Free Economic Zone Blockchain Special Zone. Ian of Solve Care Korea said, “The Incheon Free Economic Zone offers a great opportunity to take global leadership in blockchain technology,” and “together with Hillstone finance, we plan to propose a healthcare solution that can serve as a model example worldwide.” Hwang Ra-yeol, representative of Hillstone finance, stated, “In the future, we will collaborate to create use cases where blockchain technology can be practically applied in the global healthcare market.”
